Meghan Curle
MCISc(MT), MPT, FCAMPT, CAFCI, CGIMS
PHYSIOTHERAPIST + MENTOR

Meghan is a registered physiotherapist dedicated to advancing patient care for not just her patients but for patient care as a whole. Armed with the belief that every patient deserves access to quality care and that every clinician deserves the opportunity to provide it, Meghan’s vision is that of inclusivity and one that her clinic, Evolve Physiotherapy, is committed to delivering on.

Meghan is both a treating physiotherapist, focused on quality client care, evidence-informed treatments, and long-term recovery, as well as a clinician mentor, committed to Practitioner growth, collaborative care, and inclusivity. 

Meghan holds a Master of Physical Therapy, a Master of Clinical Science (Advanced Health Care Practice), and certifications in Manual and Manipulative Therapy, Anatomical Acupuncture, and Gunn Intramuscular Stimulation, with further education in Craniosacral Therapy, Concussion Management and Rehabilitative Ultrasound. She is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapists (FCAMPT), the current Chair of the Orthopaedic Division of the CPA, a Clinical Assistant Professor at UBC, as well as a registered mentor and instructor with the Orthopaedic Division.

Meghan offers virtual as well as in-person physiotherapy out of her Whistler based clinic.

 

 

Emilie Whittemore
MPT, BHK, FDN, CSCS
PHYSIOTHERAPIST + REMOTE EXERCISE LEAD

Emilie is Evolve’s Remote Exercise Program (REP) lead. She is a registered physiotherapist whose practice is driven by her passion for sport. An avid athlete herself, Emilie understands the value of prevention through careful attention to biomechanics in movement patterns. As a clinician, she works with clients to optimize movement, promote strength, and manage pain.  

Emilie has worked with team sports, including traveling full-time with the US Snowboard Halfpipe Team, and Freestyle Canada’s Ski Halfpipe and Moguls Teams. 

Emilie holds a Bachelor of Human Kinetics and a Master of Physical Therapy. She is certified in Strength and Conditioning, Functional Dry Needling, Orthopaedic Manual Therapy (Level 2), Concussion and Vestibular Management, and K-Taping.

 

 

Kerri-Ann Swartz
MPT, BKin, FCAMPT, CGIMS
PELVIC HEALTH PHYSIOTHERAPIST + MENTOR

Kerri-Ann is a pelvic health physiotherapist. Her practice combines her love of functional movement with rehabilitative exercises and cutting-edge treatment, and a philosophy rooted in simplicity: Empower. Adapt. Live. For the past 15+ years, she has been working with clients to do just this. Kerri-Ann’s experience is in rehabilitation, first as a kinesiologist, then as a physiotherapist working with a variety of conditions from pediatric, spine, and post-operative orthopaedics, to athletics and high level team sports.

As a pelvic health physiotherapist, Kerri-Ann focuses on pre and postnatal support, and return to athleticism, offering virtual physiotherapy sessions, and leading Evolve’s Strong Mama Series. Kerri-Ann has post graduate specialized training in Pregnancy, Labor and Delivery, The Female Athlete, Rost Therapy, and Pre and Postpartum Athlete Training.

Kerri-Ann has a Master of Physical Therapy and has completed her Orthopaedic Fellowship in Manipulation and Manual Therapy. She is certified in McGill Method, Gunn Intramuscular Stimulation, and Myofascial Decompression (cupping). A lifelong learner, Kerri-Ann is also pursuing her Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner (APP) Training for medical/surgical triage of complex cases. She is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapists (FCAMPT), a registered mentor and instructor with the Orthopedic Division, and a Dry Needling instructor with Acupuncture Canada.
