At Evolve, we have one mission: Inclusive Care. We believe that every patient deserves access to quality care, and that every clinician should have the opportunity to provide it.
Our programs offer a virtual approach to professional development, allowing all physiotherapists—regardless of location, resources, or available services in their communities—the opportunity to grow.

Courses with fewer participants not only learn more, they learn faster. They share more ideas, interact with one another, and collaborate more freely creating a fundamentally different learning environment. We limit enrollment to no more than 20 participants per course to ensure a focused approach.
Mentors are Canadian-trained and Fellows of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapists. *Program mentorship satisfies the direct mentorship requirement for Advanced Manual Therapy Programs (AIM, MClSc, GCOMPT).

Foundational Concepts in Clinical Reasoning

Duration: 8 weeks

Clinical Reasoning is the cornerstone of clinical practice. This program works through a series of lectures, modules, cases, and real-time mentorship sessions to inform and develop the clinical reasoning process. Participants work independently, through a pre-recorded lecture series, as well as collaboratively, through weekly small group discussions and full cohort Q&A’s. Mentorship sessions, offered one-on-one and in a group setting, integrate weekly lecture content and apply to real-life scenarios, complex cases, and clinical challenges.
Independent Study Date: Anytime
Duration: 8 weeks

Progress independently through Evolve's Foundational Concepts Program on your own schedule. Experience weekly live mentorship and direct access to course instructors while progressing through course content and engaging in case-based activities. Module content is released weekly based on your enrollment. This program was designed to allow clinicians to gain access to the program outside of cohort offerings while continuing to ensure the same focused and collaborative learning experience.
1:1 Coaching + Mentorship

A new opportunity for new and experienced clinicians!
Whether we are on our way to burnout, feeling overwhelmed or simply unsure of how to choose our next steps in creating change - career, life, you name it! Coaching guides and helps you uncover what is true for you from a place of curiosity. Together we will learn more about what drives you, your values and your goals. There are no set steps - rather, this is a unique journey that begins by meeting you where you are and is designed to get you on a path that is truly yours.
1:1 Mentorship

Personalized support and guidance for your own clinical reasoning and skills development in the practice areas that interest and/or challenge you. Select your mentor and a time and date that align with your schedule, and begin to evolve your practice.
Practice Support - 1:1 Mentorship 6-Session Package
Bridge Into Practice - 1:1 Mentorship 3-Session Starter Pack
Cost: $648 + tax

A bundle designed to support you developing and reaching your goals whether you're new to practice or are a seasoned clinician looking to navigate new clinical challenges.
Being a clinician requires development of skills across a number of domains. It requires us learning about our values and how our life can be designed to support continued and empowering growth instead of burnout as well as navigating clinical cases and developing our clinical reasoning and skills.
During the initial session we will discuss and expand on your goals, your vision, and challenges, which will allow sessions to be focused and individualized to best support your growth.
Cost: $324 + tax

A 3-session package designed to support clinicians early in their practice as they look to find a clinical environment that supports their growth and goals.
As a clinician you will have unique ways in which 1:1 mentorship can best support you. During the initial session we will discuss and expand on your goals, your vision, and challenges, which will allow each session to be individualized to best support your growth.

Focused Courses
Date: Upcoming courses to be announced in late 2026!
Duration: 4 weeks
Location: Online
Focused courses offer clinicians the opportunity to explore targeted topics. Through self-paced learning modules, live group discussions, and the exploration of specific cases, skills, and strategies, participants learn to apply the Evolve Clinical Reasoning Framework to clinical practice. Courses include real-time mentorship sessions.
Focused courses are offered over a 4-week timeline, have a revolving set of topics, and are open to anyone who has completed Foundational Concepts of Clinical Reasoning.
