At Evolve, we have one mission: Inclusive Care. We believe that every patient deserves access to quality care, and that every clinician should have the opportunity to provide it.
Our mentorship programs offer a virtual approach to professional development, allowing all physiotherapists—regardless of location, resources, or available services in their communities—the opportunity to grow.

By bringing clinicians together from coast-to-coast, we’ve created a community for continued growth, as practitioners, a profession as a whole, and most importantly, in the care we deliver. This community is inclusive to its core; it’s been created so that every clinician has the same opportunity to participate and the same opportunity grow themselves, their practice, and their expertise.

Mentorship is what allows us all to offer more informed care. By investing in personal and professional development, we grow. And subsequently, we see our scope of practice grow, our teams strengthen, and our patient care evolve. Mentorship drives engagement, shapes expertise, and hones efficiency. It gives us the opportunity to be deliberate with our practice.

Courses with fewer participants not only learn more, they learn faster. They share more ideas, interact with one another, and collaborate more freely creating a fundamentally different learning environment. We limit enrollment to no more than 20 participants per course to ensure a focused approach.
Mentors are Canadian-trained and Fellows of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapists. *Program mentorship satisfies the direct mentorship requirement for Advanced Manual Therapy Programs (AIM, MClSc, GCOMPT).
Mentorship Programs
Foundational Concepts in Clinical Reasoning
Date: Coming soon in Fall 2022!
Duration: 8 weeks
Cost: $1425
Location: Online
Clinical Reasoning is the cornerstone of clinical practice. This program works through a series of lectures, modules, cases, and real-time mentorship sessions to inform and develop the clinical reasoning process. Participants work independently, through a pre-recorded lecture series, as well as collaboratively, through weekly small group discussions and full cohort Q&A’s. Mentorship sessions, offered one-on-one and in a group setting, integrate weekly lecture content and apply to real-life scenarios, complex cases, and clinical challenges.
Focused Courses

Duration: 4 weeks
Location: Online
Focused courses offer clinicians the opportunity to explore targeted topics. Through self-paced learning modules, live group discussions, and the exploration of specific cases, skills, and strategies, participants learn to apply the Evolve Clinical Reasoning Framework to clinical practice. Courses include real-time mentorship sessions.
Focused courses are offered over a 4-week timeline, have a revolving set of topics, and are open to anyone who has completed Foundational Concepts of Clinical Reasoning.

1:1 Private Mentorship Session
Duration: 1 hour
Cost: $120
Location: Online
Personalized support and guidance for your own clinical reasoning and skills development in the practice areas that interest and/or challenge you. Select your mentor and a time and date that align with your schedule, and begin to evolve your practice.
